Ok here is a great money saving tip. Use Power strips!! There are a few areas that these are needed.
Any place you have a TV, DVD player and game systems together. We have our DVR box plugged into the wall but the TV, the DVD player and all game boxes are plugged into a power strip. When you turn it off and are out for the day or in bed for the night kill the power on the plug. This stops the power leak!
Home Office. Plug your computer, printer and accessories into a power strip and when you shit down for the day/night turn the strip off, Again killing ‘power leak’.
In doing this you will save about 10% off your electric bill. So if you spend $100 a month on electric you will save $120 a month!!
