8 Curly Lasagna noodles
1 15oz container ricotta cheese
2 cups Italian blend cheese
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves (crushed)
1 tsp. grated parm cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cups of pasta sauce
preheat over to 375. coat an 11x 7 inch baking dish with non stick spray.
cook noodle according to package. drain and rinse.
While noodle cook combine ricotta, 1 cup of the Italian blend cheese, basil, egg, parm cheese, salt and pepper mixed to blended.
spread 1 cup pasta sauce in pan. place 1 cooled noodle on flat work surface. Spread with slightly rounded 1/4 cup ricotta filling. Roll up from short end. Set seam side down in dish. repeat with rest of noodles. Top roll up with remaining sauce and sprinkle with remaining Italian cheese. Bake uncover 30 minutes
This would be great to freeze, once you make the roll up don’t put in oven, freeze and pull out when you want to cook it, Cook at 375 for 45 minutes
