These are my husbands favorite he is always asking me to make it!
I use Jiffy mix and start with the basic drop roll recipe on the side of the box.
2 cups Jiffy mix
2/3 cup milk (+ a little more if needed)
Colby Jack Cheese
1/2 Stick Butter
Mix together Jiffy mix and milk add in garlic powder, garlic salt and parsley to taste. Add Colby Jack Cheese to taste. I normally add in 2 huge handfuls. At this point I tend to need to add a splash or 2 more of milk to mix it all together.
Form 2 inch round balls on a greased baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes according to side of Jiffy Mix.
Close to end of cooking, melt butter and then mix in a few pinches of Parsley and Garlic Salt to taste. As soon as you pull the biscuits out brush them with the butter-garlic mixture and serve!
