7 tbsps unsalted butter
1 cup dark chocolate
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour
1 cup white chocolate
Preheat oven to 325F. Chop the dark chocolate and cut the butter in cubes, then bring it to a simmer till butter it’s completely melted.
In a large bowl whisk together the sugar and the eggs until creamy and white. Then add the melted chocolate and mix well.
Add the flour sifting and gently fold it into the mix till it’s fully integrated.
Pour the mix into a baking pan. Bake in a preheated oven to a maximum for about 25 minutes.
Let it cool and cut the brownie into rectangles. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave for about 2 minutes.
Spoon the white chocolate into a plastic bag. Cut a small tip from one corner and pipe chocolate in zigzag motion. Attach 2 eyeballs to each brownie.
