Rosemary Honey Mustard Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray shallow baking dish or casserole with nonstick spray. Rinse and pat dry boneless skinless chicken breasts. In a medium bowl, mix together honey, mustard, mayonnaise and herbs. Lightly season chicken breasts with salt, pepper and Garlic Powder. Place chicken breasts in baking dish and pour sauce over top. Make sure chicken is completely covered. Cover dish with aluminum foil. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove dish from oven, remove aluminum foil and bake uncovered for an additional 10-15 minutes.
