  1. Line a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper or foil and grease with shortening.
  2. Using a large saucepan, combine the white granulated sugar and sweetened condensed milk. Cook on medium heat until the sugar has completely melted.
  3. Stir in the white chocolate chips until melted.
  4. Stir in the Kahlua and marshmallows.
  5. After the marshmallows have completely melted, stir in the vanilla extract.
  6. Add the fudge to the baking dish and allow fudge to cool to room temperature, approximately 1 hour.
  7. Transfer to refrigerate until it completely sets up (3-4 hours), but overnight is best.
