Ingredients

  • 1 jar Pasta Sauce large
  • 16 oz Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • 16 oz Cottage Cheese (ricotta is an alternative)
  • Lasagna Noodles (not oven ready noodles)
  • 1 Tbs Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. Place 1-1.5 Cups water in the bottom of the pot. Place rack in pot. Make a “tray” out of aluminum foil (If you have a dish that fits in your pot and can sit on the rack you can use that as well. I just lined the inside well with foil.
  2. Mix shredded mozzarella, egg, cottage cheese, and seasoning in a bowl and set aside. Add 1/3 of the sauce on the bottom of the foil (Your first layer) Break lasagna noodles (Uncooked) to fit and layer
  3. Add 1/3 of the sauce on the bottom of the foil (Your first layer) Break lasagna noodles (Uncooked) to fit and layer on top of sauce.
  4. Add 1/3 of cheese mixture on top of noodles, top with sauce and repeat layers until sauce and cheese mixture is used up.
  5. Place lid on the pot and close vent. Set manual setting for 40 min, allow pressure to release naturally. If served immediately lasagna can be a bit loose. Allowing to set for a 30min-1 hour in the pot is ideal.
