Where Can I Find Scrapbook Paper?
At just about any hobby store! Jo-Ann Fabrics, Hobby Lobby, Michaels, or even online at Amazon. While you may be able to score some at a big box store, a hobby store is guaranteed to have more options for designs.

What if I Can't Find the Exact Supplies on the List?
Get a little creative! The color options and whatnot are all a suggestion. Feel free to get twine in colors that match your scrapbook paper or your home decor better.
If you can’t find the wooden carrots, never fear! Try some foam core board or even cardstock as a base. Trace a carrot shape (or print out a picture to use as a guide) and stick your scrapbook paper to it. You want a surface that won’t curl and will weigh down the twine enough to create the banner shape.
Carrots aren’t your thing, but do you like the idea of using scrapbook paper and mod podge? Find a different shape that fits your taste and have at it! You might get some inspiration from Dollar Tree as you’re looking for items that can hang in between the mod podge parts.
Art projects are meant to be fun and get your creative juices flowing, so have fun!
How Long Will the Banner Be?
If you stick to the “recipe” as-is, it still depends on how much space you put in between each carrot! It will likely be at least five feet long, including space at the ends for hanging.
If you need a specific length, then be sure to measure the twine out ahead of time and get the appropriate amount of supplies. Keep in mind, as you put space in between the items, that everything will hang a little differently when suspended!

Use a skewer or other thin round object to poke the hole through the paper for hanging. Poking from the back of the carrot to get the hole started might be easier as you can see the carrot hole better.
Loosely tie a piece of yellow twine through the hole on each wooden carrot to create a bow with enough space to weave the orange ribbon through.
Tie the orange twine in a bow around the carrots at the top near the green stems, leaving enough space to weave the orange ribbon through.
