Ok ya’ll it’s no secret I have had 4 kids. Each kid has left some baby weight behind, with stretch marks and a souvenir! I was excited to see a more rapid weight loss with baby #4 since I was breastfeeding but let me tell you it never happened! I got the chance to try out Special K® Red Berries and I couldn't be more excited!
I started with watching my breakfast food, because really I was eating junk IF I was remembering to eat at all with the lack of sleep that comes with a newborn! So now my morning breakfast looks like this! A bowl of Special K® Red Berries.
When you start your day with a bowl of delightfully real strawberries in Special K® Red Berries, feeling special just comes naturally. Nutrient-rich and calorie-smart, the delicious whole grains, now with more strawberries, will help nourish you on to amazing things.
Real strawberries, whole grain, milk, fiber, folic acid and vitamin D. I have even started substituting snacks with a bowl of Special K® Red Berries! I have felt SOOOO good with eating Special K® I started going to the gym a bit more and watching even more what I eat. Watching what I eat and going to the gym I have lost 27 pounds! I am SOOOO close to my 30 pound mark!
What makes Special K® Red Berries SOOOOOO good?
It's been long said a good source of fiber keep you regular, whole grains help keep you healthy, we all need Vitamin D even more so when we are inside more during cold months!Folic Acid is a MUST especially when you're pregnant it seems you body can't get enough. So taking prenatals and eating the Red Berries cereal would be a great addition!
Do you need any more reason to try it out? How about it tastes GREAT and i didn't need to add any sugar or sweetner to it!

I am a mom to 5 kids, homeschool mom, blogger, social media junkie, Frugalista, Book Worm, and Closet Want-to-be Chef. We are a Roadschool family (homeschooling on the road while traveling fulltime).
I grew up learning ways to save from my mom and grandma. I started my own coupon journey when my first child was born in 2009 and started the blog on 2010 when baby #2 was born to share my tips with everyone who kept asking about how I was getting diapers for $1 a pack!
