So did you know my cell phone bill is FREE every month? Yep that right! 2 phone lines, data mines, text all free! I figured this ‘smart' phone should work for me and pay for itself if it going to be living under my roof. No free loaders right?! So once I got my line paid for I put hubby to work! Now both lines are paid for every month!
How My Cell Phone Pays For Itself!
The first app we downloaded was The Ride App. You get points for each mile traveled and points can be traded in for Gift Cards. SIMPLE! This one works in the background and requires nothing from us until we remember to cash out! This app has recently shut down and I am looking for a replacement!
Then I found 2 ways to use the phone to watch commercials to earn Gift Cards. The First one I use each day is Swagbucks. I watch the video up to my limit each day then switch over to Perk and let it run the rest of the day just hitting the ‘Yes I'm still watching' as needed.
When I am feeding the baby I love to play games on my phone. Perk has a few but then I play games that I can earn mPoints on. Games like Family Feud, Wheel of Fortune, Bingo, Slots and more!
I will also check out Feature Points to see where I can earn on downloading apps. Use Referral Code SZ7PFW for a sign-up bonus!
Lastly, I use Viggle to earn points for watching TV! Use the app to ‘check in' to your shows as you watch them and earn points for every minute watched! Trade your points in for gift cards!
There are many other great apps to earn money from so find what works for you and don't let that free loading smartphone cost you money anymore!
What apps do you earn money from on your phone?
I am a mom to 5 kids, homeschool mom, blogger, social media junkie, Frugalista, Book Worm, and Closet Want-to-be Chef. We are a Roadschool family (homeschooling on the road while traveling fulltime).
I grew up learning ways to save from my mom and grandma. I started my own coupon journey when my first child was born in 2009 and started the blog on 2010 when baby #2 was born to share my tips with everyone who kept asking about how I was getting diapers for $1 a pack!
