Ok y'all Do you remember me posting on how I loved these Carmel Chocolate Cover Pecans? Well they are by Dreamhouse, and I picked them up at Rite Aid, and now I have the chance to try out six more varieties from Dreamhouse and Rite Aid!
So I was able to try out several candies from them. First we tried out the jelly beans because it is almost Easter and in our house that means lots of jelly beans! We are a house divided my husband, and 2 of my kids LOVE the sour jelly beans. I gravitated toward the juicy jelly beans.
The bag says there are over 41 flavors and as a kid I loved trying to guess the flavors, and I still do as an adult. When I opened the bag it smelled like coffee. I was excited because I might have a *small* coffee addiction. The first brown one I tried was for sure a brown sugar flavored. I know I got a purple lavender flavored one. There is, of course, the black licorice and yellow lemon, and then I hit pay dirt a tan coffee flavored one, and a brown chocolate flavored YUM! I am sold on these!
Next we tried the licorice. I didn't really know what the difference between regular licorice and Australian licorice until I tried these two.
The biggest different is this licorice is soo chewy. It makes it quite addictive! They don't peel into long strings which disappointed my husband, but he liked the flavor. I loved the strawberry flavored! As you can see my one year old agreed she wanted the strawberry!
Then we had two types of trail mix to try. Now I leave this for last for a reason.
This isn't your typical trail mix! Peanut butter and jelly trail mix? S'mores trail mix? Oh my! My one-year-old LOVES the PB & J trail mix. Like she sees one of these purple bags and assumes it's the trail mix and freaks out until you give her some! But the best of all? The S'mores trail mix. I LOVE S'mores and this trail mix is incredible
It has graham cracker pieces, milk chocolate chips and marshmallow pieces it's just yum!
So here's the deal. If you are looking for amazing Easter candy that isn't just run of the mill stuff, head to Rite Aid and check out Dreamhouse. You won't be sorry!
I recived the above product to conduct my review. App opinions remain my own.
