Now that bonfire & BBQ season is FINALLY here, it's time to start breaking out the s'mores supplies!! I think that S'mores is one of the very first things that come to mind when I think about summer fun! I love to change things up and get creative with my desserts, and figured why stop with cakes and cupcakes? These Strawberry S'mores are not only delish, but they are unique and fun too! I can't even think of a more classic dessert combination than chocolates and strawberries! This s'mores treat was a huge hit at my house for the kids and the adults!

I used the new Peeps Minis, available year round, to make these Strawberry S'mores. When you toast these little Peeps over a fire, not only do they get all warm and gooey, but the outside is coated in sugar that caramelizes and gets nice and crispy too! It's an amazing combination when you sandwich your toasted strawberry Peep between some graham crackers and a hunk of chocolate! For best results, use 2 of the Peeps Minis per s'more!

Bonfire or BBQ for toasting

Toast your Strawberry Cream Peeps 2 at a time over your fire until juuuuust right (I like catching mine on fire!)

Sandwich 2 Peeps between 2 graham crackers and a hunk of chocolate

Enjoy while still melty warm!

Want to put an even more tasty twist on this dessert? Why not go with a cookies & cream chocolate bar instead of plain chocolate? You could even go for a white chocolate bar if you want to completely get rid of the classic chocolate!
