Any girl southern girl has a good biscuit recipe like this 7 up biscuits recipe in her recipe box. These are easy and each recipe gets passed down from family to family. Here is mine and trust me they are addicting!! They are a southern favorite for being easy to make and with only 4 ingredients needed you can't beat how easy it really is!
7 Up Biscuits Recipe
2 cups Bisquick
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup 7-up
1/4 cup (or so) melted butter
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Cut sour cream into biscuit mix, add 7-Up. Makes a very soft dough. (use a pastry cutter, one of these in your kitchen is a MUST!)
Sprinkle additional biscuit mix or flour on a board and pat dough out and cut biscuits. You can do this with a biscuit cutter or the top of a glass
Melt 1/4 cup butter in a 9-inch square pan.
Place cut biscuits in pan and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
