Where can I get the buttons and other materials for this craft?
For the buttons, I also like buying bulk button sets on Amazon you can normally get 1,000 for under $10 sometimes up to 1300 for under $10! These are basic craft buttons. We sort them into mason jars by color and they make cute decor when not in use so double score!
But take a look around Amazon they have wood buttons, decorative buttons with designs, and even antique buttons. I get so many craft ideas just from looking around!

What can I do with the finished button snowflakes?
Button snowflakes can be used in various ways. You can hang them on your Christmas tree, decorate your windows or walls, use them as gift toppers, or even create a festive garland by stringing them together.
Can I add extra decorations to my button snowflakes?
These also make great Christmas gifts for grandparents, aunts, and uncles and great memories for mom and dad!
Absolutely! You can enhance your button snowflakes by adding glitter, sequins, or small beads for extra sparkle. You can also attach ribbons or strings to hang them up as ornaments.
Also, keep in mind I suggested using blue or white paint and buttons to match the snow color but really you can use any colors to match your Christmas tree. I like to keep an assortment of acrylic paints on hand for any craft I am doing.

Directions for Popsicle Stick Snowflake Craft
Form a star with 4 popsicle sticks by making a plus sign with 2 of them. Then make an X with the other two and glue them in place. You can also make a smaller version with just 3 popsicle sticks
Then go ahead and paint the sticks with the color of your choice. We used Sky Blue by Apple Barrel. Paint the snowflake front and back and let it dry completely before moving on.

Glue the buttons on in a pattern form or get creative and make up your own design. If you wish to do the circle design show make sure to start in the center and work your way out.

When you are done let all the buttons dry. Then attach a ribbon or rope around the back for hanging.
I would let it all dry overnight before hanging on the tree.
