My oldest girl was the hardest child to potty train. Mostly because she needs to be on daily fiber to help keep her regular. Before getting on the fiber (and getting the dose right) let's just say it wasn't easy. With that said she is VERY picky on the fiber we use.
New Fiber Choice Flavor Drops at Rite Aid
Like I said, my daughter is picky on the fiber. If it dissolves and she can't see it, she is fine. We tried some fiber that was brown and it was like we were trying to get her to drink a cup of nails to get her to drink it. So I was very nervous about getting her to try the New Fiber Choice Flavor Drops (now available at Rite Aid). Generally, we put her fiber in her milk first thing in the morning, and it helps mask any flavor that the fiber might have. But with an orange flavor, I thought I might try to pass it off as juice.
I grabbed a water bottle and added the Fiber Choice drops to the water bottle.
My daughter is very active, and I love that I can add flavorful Fiber while she hydrates. So once it was added to the water, I shook the water bottle to mix the fiber and loved that it looked like juice. I was able to get her to drink it, and she wanted more because she thought she was getting a treat since we don't drink but one glass of juice a day.
My daughter said it tasted like the orange flavored juice pouches. The only downside? My other kids now want some, and they don't need the fiber right now!
Fiber helps your overall digestive health and immunity system. Now with Flavor Drops getting the right dose of fiber throughout the day is easy!
