A few years back I went a little overboard buying pie pumpkins. We spend a good week cooking and scraping them. We had so much pumpkin I had to find ways to use it! I found out about the Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino last year and this year I am on a mission to make it and save some money (and get hubby addicted as well!) Here is the recipe I am using! Pumpkin Pie Scones with Apple Butter
I made these for breakfast a week ago please be warned this makes a HUGE batch!! I used 4 large cookie sheets to cook them all! This is best served warm (or reheated!!) You can use any type of Jam or Butter but Apple Butter from my favorite farmers market tastes best in my opinion! This is a perfect breakfast to make ahead for a busy week! Halloween is my favorite time of year. I love decorating and the weather changing! I think I have more Halloween Decor then I do Christmas and every year I add to it. This year I added this beauty to my collection! This is a very simple project!
