Ingredients for Instant Pot Hard Boiled Eggs
1 Cup Water
Baking Soda, Salt or Vinegar if desired (You don’t really need any of those for this method, eggs peel pretty easily)
Directions for Instant Pot Hard Boiled Eggs
Place water in the bottom of Instant Pot and place the trivet in the pot.
Place ROOM TEMP eggs on the Instant Pot Trivet. Keep eggs in a single layer. The room temp this is important trust me.
Place lid on the Instant Pot and set for “Steam” adjusting the time to 6 min. Once time is up, quick release steam and place eggs in an ice bath to cool.
Once eggs are cool and easy to handle, peel!
