Open-box discounts – Amazon gives you huge discounts on items that have been opened and returned. Electronics, jewelry, and more. They di inspect these items but you know know what you might, from perfectly still in the wrapper to items that have been used once.

Amazon Outlet Deals – Each day Amazon offers deals from their outlet just like lightning deals. These are generally items that have been discontinued or that Amazon has decided to stop carrying.

Save on College Books – You can save up to 90% with Amazon on textbooks! Buy them used, or rent them, purchase the Kindle version, so you aren't lugging books around too. When you are done with them, sell them back to Amazon and use the money for next semester's books!

Force a promotion – This trick isn't 100% BUT many times you can add items to your cart, then walk away. Watch your email as you might get a discount or special promotion to come back and buy that item. It is very hit or miss.

Double browser trick – Amazon uses cookies just like any other site. So open one window then, open an incognito window. Shop for what you are looking for and compare prices. Sometimes you can find a better deal this way.

Lightning deals – We all know about lightning deals! They are deals Amazon has for only a few hours and are most popular around Black Friday.

Gold box deals – These are one-day deals from Amazon also more popular around Black Friday.

Wish lists – While wishlists are ideal for holidays and birthday lists etc. Once an item is on your list, Amazon will track it for you. It will tell you how much the price has dropped or gone up since you added it to your wishlist and will send you periodic emails when the price drops. This might be one of my most used Amazon Prime Perks.

Price Jump – Kind of like TheTracktor.com above this helps you find out if Amazon has the best prices or not. This one you are comparing the prices on Amazon, and it will then tell you to buy from Amazon or not.

Cashback with PayPal debit – Use a PayPal card or any card where you get cashback to save even more on every purchase.
