My daughter who is turning 3 in just over a week, LOVES Minnie Mouse! I asked her what mommy should be for Halloween and she said Minnie Mouse. So here is an easy DIY Minnie Mouse Halloween costume for adults made from everyday clothes. This might be my favorite costume yet!
DIY Minnie Mouse Halloween Costume for Adults – With Everyday Clothes
I love using everyday clothes because then you get out of them all year long and not just for about a week out of the year, or worse only 1 day out of the year. Being able to use everyday clothes and add in a few accessories to make the costume and do your hair and makeup and be set is amazing!
This costume is made of items you can get all on Amazon (because you know this mom is an Amazon Addict if my post on Top Secret Amazon Prime Perks post didn’t tell you that!)
Since it can all be found on Amazon, if you are using any of my 45 Ways to Earn FREE Amazon Gift Cards, you could get this costume completely FREE!
Persun Polka Dot Mid Waist Skirt – $25 – This also makes a great work shirt!
Ribbed Tank Top – $15 – This is a pack of 6 and I like wearing them under my shirts for easy layering too!
Hue Opaque Black Tights – $15 – Again these are great for work!
Elope Minnie Mouse Ears Headband – $10 – This is is the accessory I can’t see you wearing again unless maybe you to Disney world.
Chase and Chloe Yellow Pumps – $30 – Here you can pick your favorite yellow pumps. Yellow isn’t my color so I know I wouldn’t wear these other than with the costume but many of you would!
NYX Mechanical Eye Pencil – $6 – You can really use any black eyeliner and you most likely have your favorite one at home already.
If shopping online, make sure to check out Ebates for cash back opportunities too!

I am a mom to 5 kids, homeschool mom, blogger, social media junkie, Frugalista, Book Worm, and Closet Want-to-be Chef. We are a Roadschool family (homeschooling on the road while traveling fulltime).
I grew up learning ways to save from my mom and grandma. I started my own coupon journey when my first child was born in 2009 and started the blog on 2010 when baby #2 was born to share my tips with everyone who kept asking about how I was getting diapers for $1 a pack!
