I LOVE apples and pumpkins and this might be why I have a slight addiction to the fall season! I was at the fair recently and saw pumpkin funnel cake. I had to try it since funnel cakes are a must-have fair food. It was YUM! So I had to try this out… this Pumpkin Martini Recipe. We love it and added it to our easy pumpkin recipes list!
Easy Fall Pumpkin Martini Recipe
I actually saw this recipe back when I was pregnant and didn't get a chance to try it, Hubby was my taste tester then. Even he liked it so I knew I was going to have to find a recipe close. After a few horrible failed attempts hubby said he liked this recipe better than the original he tried.

Since we moved this year I did have to go out and find new martini glasses and I have to say I am loving this new steamless trend. I am one who tends to break my drinking glasses at the stem so I feel like these were made just for me!
Now the recipe below makes one serving but you can double or more for parties. I find it's a great drink for a Halloween party! You can make pumpkin hot chocolate for the kids and have a blast!

Vodka
vanilla extract
Maple Syrup (I use my homemade syrup)
Cinnamon & sugar for the rim of your martini glass

How to make a Pumpkin Martini
Wet the rim of your martini glass and dip the rim into the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
In a shaker, combine the pumpkin puree, vodka, and vanilla extract. Shake well for about 20-30 seconds and pour into your martini glass.
