Peel and slice the apple into small slices, and then soak for approximately 3 minutes in a mixture of water and lemon juice to keep the apples from turning brown. Remove from the water, pat dry, and place around the top of the sugar cookie hummus. Put some grapes to the left of the apple slices above the hummus, and then add some club crackers to the left of the grapes, so that they are centered over the goat cheese and crostini toasts. Place blueberries underneath the sugar cookie hummus, and along the side up to the apples. Fill in the left side of the board around the queso dip with the blue tortilla chips. Lastly, place snowflake gummies randomly all overboard for little pops of color. Enjoy!
