Easy Weeknight Meal – Chicken Fajitas
Weeknight can be crazy busy between school, work and all the other running around that has to get done, not to mention the tons of laundry (yuck!) So I wanted to share one of my favorite easy weeknight meals to prepare when time is short. I like to put the chicken and marinate in a bag a freeze them and have a few in my freezer. I'm sure I all would have to write in this post is that I have 4 kids and this is their favorite food. Any parent would understand. See my kids will eat almost anything we make for dinner but once a week I try to make something I know they like. So what makes that list?
