Quick & easy dinners for my family that also include veggies are a priority for me. We all know that space is at a premium in an RV, it's a sacrifice we made to live our life. So it has forced me to get creative. Besides cooking more with our slow cooker, we have also started making more one pot meals. One Pot Meals - Kielbasa and Potatoes We love kielbasa for dinner but it is not the healthiest of meats, so I serve it in smaller portions by offsetting it with potatoes and green beans.
