In an effort to dress up my home without breaking the bank I like to rescue items from the recycle bin and give them a facelift. I needed some pretty baskets for some shelves that could hide my office supplies. No Sew Sea Salt Heat Pack I am a HUGE fan of my heating pad. Whether it’s a stiff neck, sore back, earache or bruises a nice heat pack can have you feeling better in no time. But the electric ones dont always make since. or can't get it exactly where you need it. If you need a heat pack in a pinch you can easily upcycle an old shirt, some fabric scraps or any other microwave resistant fabric and throw together a No Sew Sea Salt Heat Pack in no time. I choose sea salt because it holds heat longer than rice, cherry pits or any other common filling for a heat pack.
