Pulled Pork Instant Pot Street Tacos
I love cooking in my Instant Pot because it allowed me to get rid of several small appliances and make more room in my kitchen!
What is a street taco?
With street tacos becoming popular you might wonder what they really are. They are typically a more traditional taco with a soft corn tortilla They are usually served with onions and cilantro, and salsa.
What kind of tortillas are used for street tacos?
Soft corn tortillas. They are used because of the added flavor to the tacos. But you can use whatever you have on hand. They tend to be the smaller tortillas not the large ones too.

What tastes better corn or flour tortillas?
This is a matter of preference but typically the corn tortillas have more flavor than the flour ones.
How do you make street taco tortillas?
Using a skillet, I like using my cast iron ones. Fry the tortillas for 10-30 seconds on each side. You want them a bit browed but still soft and flexible.

What is a street taco vs a regular taco?
The biggest difference is that they are smaller to make it easier for eating on the go, or on the street. The taco that holds more filling will be served with 2 tortillas to prevent ripping on the go.
They tend to be made with lots of fresh ingredients.
Making them at home you can use the bigger tortillas (I do!)
